Inspection & scope check
A technician checks your tank size, material, access and water quality, then confirms the service scope and slot on WhatsApp.

Drain & isolation
We isolate your inlet and outlet, drain the remaining water safely into your garden or storm line, and protect the float valve and pipe openings.

Mechanised scrubbing
Our 120-bar high-pressure jet cleaner scrapes off bio-film, scale, algae and rust. The material-specific brushes protect RCC, Sintex and plastic walls alike.

Vacuum & residue removal
An anti-bacterial wet-dry vacuum lifts every trace of sludge and dirty water out of the tank, so you never flush contaminants into your supply line on re-fill.

Food-grade sanitisation
NSF-approved sanitiser plus a silver-ion finishing mist kill E. coli, Legionella and Giardia. Gaskets re-sealed, lid locked, ready to fill.

Photo report & handover
We send you a before/after photo report on WhatsApp, share service notes for your records, and provide refill guidance before the tank goes back into use.
Equipment we use (and why it matters)
120-bar high-pressure jet washer
Lifts bio-film, scale and bacterial slime without harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing. Our workhorse.
Anti-bacterial wet-dry vacuum
Lifts every trace of silt and dirty water out of the tank before sanitisation. Stops contaminants from flushing into your supply line on re-fill.
NSF-approved food-grade sanitiser + silver-ion spray
Kills E. coli, Legionella, Giardia and Cryptosporidium. Safe to refill and drink within hours — certified for contact with potable water.
Oxygen monitor + blower ventilation (for underground tanks)
Confined-space safety isn't optional. Our crew carries ISA-standard oxygen monitors and SCBA masks when required. Nobody goes in until the air is safe.
Material-specific brushes
Soft nylon for Sintex / PVC. Standard abrasive for RCC. Stainless for industrial. The wrong brush ruins your tank — we carry all three.
